You can register a single team or your league online by clicking on the online team registrationtab and enter all the team or league information required. If you are registering more than 10 teams in your league you will need to complete an additional form. You must register a minimum of 6 teams per league @ $75.00 per team. There is no maximum number of teams that you can register in each league. There is a $3.00 convenience fee added for each team registered to cover the cost of the convenience of online registration. Once you hit the submit button the information will be sent and the form will clear itself. Once your information has been received, your team(s) will be active for league play! (If you prefer you can mail in your team registration by going to themail in team registration tab. Download, print and complete the team registration form and mail to the address below.)
